CCS CrackAttack® NOSIL

CCS CrackAttack® NOSIL is an enhanced high temp mold repair cement for use in investment casting foundries and forge linings where extreme temperature and reactivity resistance is required.

CCS CrackAttack® NOSIL is a premium, premixed solution for any investment casting shell system requiring repair.  Containing no silica, this solution meet every demand of today’s foundry by being easy to apply, quick to set, non-exothermic, and does not contain any silicon dioxide.  While tailored for aerospace and medical foundries, CCS CrackAttack® NOSIL is perfect for intricate shell designs with tough to reach areas where cracks form after dewax or attachments are needed prior to casting.
